Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo (RALKO)
Invited by Mister DOUMBIA ISSIAKA, Director of the Voluntary Screening unit participated in this meeting as observer.
This meeting was held on 4 Th April 2009 in the office of the Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo (RALKO) situated in the district 14.
The meeting was chaired by Mister FADIGA president of the Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo (RALKO) and, as participants, the members of the RALKO, the delegation of the World Bottom (Mister MAGAZI Ibrahim), the Regional Representative of the Ministry of fight against the HIV / AIDS, Mister KONAN of INTERNATIONAL CARE and SORO Gaël National Focal Point du GYCA in Ivory Coast.
In gathering of opinions/financing, every person appeared as well as its structure of origin. Immediately Mister FADIGA Proceeded to the presentation of his network which groups together (24 ) twenty four NGO(NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION) and associations of fight against the HIV / AIDS.
Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo (RALKO) is present in the area of Savannas and these (03) three departments of Boundiali, Ferké and Tingréla and registers installations of community groups in certain villages of the area.
The call to application is intended for coalitions, networks and forums and not in a structure and an individual, the Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo (RALKO) had to propose a more detailed project where from the necessity will be to reach all the most put off communities.
Mister MAGAZI Ibrahim emphasized that he does not make rehabilitation of the office but this capital will be managed by the Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo ( RALKO).
Mister KONAN of INTERNATIONAL CARE thanked Mister MAGAZI Ibrahim of his intervention and, as advocacy with Mister MAGAZI of him their allow to reorganize the project and to invite the members of the Network of the Associations of Fight against the HIV / AIDS of Korhogo ( RALKO) to a session of common work.

SORO Tatougo Gaël, National Focal Point (Ivory Coast) of Global Youth Coalition one HIV / AIDS traced the history of the GYCA, these priorities, these two South offices and the North and especially these Regional Focal Points and National Focal Points.
SORO Tatougo Gaël, National Focal Point (Ivory Coast) of Global Youth Coalition one HIV / AIDS confided that Global Youth Coalition on HIV / AIDS is steered by young people among whom the UNFPA and the UNAIDS are these associated and strategic partners, supported by 5000 young leaders and grown-up allies working on the question of the young people and the HIV / AIDS in more than 150 all over the world.
Whose non-governmental organization the GYCA is, non-profit, registered on the number 501 ( c ) (3) the siege of which is Chicago, Illinois the United States The mission of the GYCA is to authorize young leaders with the qualifications, the knowledge, the resources and the opportunities which they have to measure upward the interventions of HIV / AIDS among their peers.
The GYCA was equipped with four priorities which he pursues:
1-The sharing of the practices and the management of networks is due to meetings of exchanges where from the necessity for us members is to inquire, to listen to and to communicate mutually for better one management of our networks;
2-The technical support and the intensification of capacities is important all the more for the persons whose need is more pressing for the learning and the knowledge of the means of prevention with HIV / AIDS;
3- The political plea is to appoint in these NGO (NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION) local, international and community groups to make recommendations with the government of states for a well defined theme;
4-The preparation of the international conferences is the organization or the membership practises of her members for better one participation or representation of her members.
