The contribution of the NTIC in the fight against the VIH/SIDA in Young medium PRESENTATION In this era of universalization and globalisation, no activity of communication for the change of mentality and behaviour can do without New technologies from Information and Communication (NTIC). They are nowadays, of powerful tools of information, formation and communication for the development. Also, to use the NTIC as support with the fight against the VIH/SIDA answers the insufficiency of information adapted on phenomenon hiv /aids, the precariousness of the didactic means and the supports of sensitising as well as the negative influence of certain media which disseminate false informations on the disease.
The NTIC within the framework of this program are regarded as the whole of the techniques, supports, tools and means of communication which combine data processing, telecommunication and the audio-visual one making it possible to reach, of creating or of transmitting information in any time and any place.
On the basis of the postulate that the human behaviours are acquired as of the low age, one of the characteristics of the program is that he addresses himself also to the children because the more one addresses oneself to them in their young age, the more the desired behavioural change is easier to obtain. Targeted competences must give to outgoing structures of formation which will be subjected to these curricula a more responsible behaviour vis-a-vis the hiv/aids.
METHODOLOGY Of APPROACH
Within the framework of the implementation of this method of prevention, it must be elaborate curricula relating to the hiv/aids which will be tested according to the approach by competences of everyday life which are expressed in the fields of knowledge, knowledge to make and know to be.The implementation of certain activities requires the construction and the equipment of cyber classes in certain schools, colleges, universities and groups Community.
The Communication for the Behavioural change (CBC) is an interactive process which thus engages all the community it will consist in addressing messages appropriate to target groups good determined by using specific channels of communication in order to obtain behaviours at the weak risk and to maintain these new behaviours.
The techniques used are:
• The educational talk which is a discussion with a group of 5 to 8 people on a precise subject. Beyond 10 people, the conversation will become difficult and unfruitful.
• Maintenance face to face which is a discussion between two people. This interpersonal discussion with the advantage of really major debates. The arguments are exposed without embarrassment nor shame.
• The demonstration which constitutes the continuation of the talks and talks. It consists in showing the technique of use of the condom while making use of rod out of wooden. The General objective of the program:

• Information, sensitising and formation on the various methods of prevention;
• Information, sensitising and formation on the psychosocial and medical assumption of responsibility of the People Living the hiv/aids and the people and affected.
• These activities allow the transfer of knowledge to the teachers by the insertion of the teaching of the hiv/aids and its problems in the curricula, the training of the teachers to the prevention, the sensitising of the actors of Education through the Communications for the Behavioural change/Dealt with Community and the promotion of the use
