Dear Colleagues,

As members of the NGO Delegation to the UNAIDS board, we are writing to ask for your engagement as we discuss the UNAIDS Evaluation with our fellow board members.Our upcoming board meeting will be dedicated to the discussion of the Second Independent Evaluation of UNAIDS and UNAIDS’ response (all available on our website www.unaidspcbngo.org).

The report turned up some important findings about the working and relevance of the UNAIDS programme. In an attempt to make UNAIDS more accountable and responsive, we do not want to lose the opportunity that this meeting affords to foster real discussion. We need your help to let the board know that civil society is concerned about the future of UNAIDS and will insist on critical aspects of the program.
